Hey DCZ...
My first suggestion would be to try tightening down the spoiler. Pop the hatch and look up. There is a curved U-shaped plastic trip piece that goes around the rearmost windshield, and on either side of the windshield it connects with more plastic trim. The ends of the u-shaped piece should pull backwards, but be careful or the plastic gets bent and will have a slight crease in it after you straighten it back out. Then up above the trim in the hatch you should find the mounting points for the spoiler... they just use bolts if I remember correctly. See if tightening them down helps. If that doesn't work... then I'm pulling this idea out of my @SS, but remove the spoiler and flip it around (careful not to scratch the top surface when you set it down) and see if you can get any thin rubber pieces or maybe even rubber "furniture feet" (try Lowe's or something) and securely affix that to the bottom of the spoiler (double-sided emblem tape, perhaps?) then reattach the spoiler. Tighten it down pretty good (again, without damaging the spoiler, it's hollow and pretty flimsy), and it should be secure, but only the rubber will contact the trunklid. I made that one up on the spot, so no idea if it's been done before or how it works. Good luck on whatever you end up doing to it!
