speakers won't come on until I roll down my window

I just replaced the factory bose system in my Camaro with a new head unit and new speakers. When I turn on the ignition, the stereo comes on as it should, but there is no sound. When I hit the driver's side power window, the speakers begin to work. After that the speakers work until I turn off the ignition. I don't have any clue what it could be.

that could cause the wire to ground out going to the speaker and shutting down the audio. pull that panel and check it out

I going to pull the panels off sometime this week, just got to find the time. I drove my car today and after awhile I started hearing alot of static from the speakers, then they cut out. So when I pull the panel I am going to trace the wire all the way back to the HU and see if I can find anything. Thanks for the help.
