Which speaker works with my factory Delco/Bose head unit?

Well, today of all days my wife drives the car and amazingly enough "something" happens and "the speakers don't sound right all of a sudden." Anyhow, come to find out, the right front door speaker is blown/not working.

What I need to know is if I just want to change out the speaker, not the amp with it and all that, what type of speaker works with the factory Bose head unit? I was told once upon a time that Bose systems put out fewer amps than other systems and you wern't supposed to mix-match Bose head units with other brand name speakers and visa-versa. I know I could just buy a factory replacment for the speaker, but they don't sell just the speaker. They include the amp and the one speaker is like $200+ dollars.

Both front speakers were cracked in my 94 with the bose amps, and I just put in the 6.5" three way pioneer that wal-mart sells. Never had a problem
