Unfortuantely you cannot just replace the speakers on this system. The factory Bose system operates at a wierd ohm rating, and has separate amps for each speaker. You will need to either get an aftermarket head unit and speakers, and run new wires to all of the speakers, or get the PAC adapter and hook up an amp for the speakers using the stock head unit.
Also, the 93-97 Camaros used 6 3/4" in the doors and sail panels. Your 94 will not have any speaker wires run, and no existing speakers in the sail panels. Atleast my Bose system didnt. I had the 3 speaker bose with horribly underpowered amps, and a weak 6 3/4" sub in the drivers side rear panel that faded as the volume increased.

Yea i got the same 3spkr bose system. i was aware of not being able to hook up aftermarket speakers to the bose head unit. I just bought a Us acoustics 300W amp and ( JL10w6 (300W)and will install it in a stealth box, and also get the alpine 9811 H/U. i was just wondering about speaker sizes cause best buy said 6 1/2 doors and 6x9 in rears. im gonna go for pioneers 3 way hopefully this setup will be nice
