I just blew the speakers on my 99 SS and am looking to replace them. I want to keep the factory HU beause i like the factory look and i like the CD changer. I thought i rembered reading that there was a problem with just droping in a new speaker with the factory HU. Is this true? If so what can be done to get around this. Also is it posible to wire in an amp to the factory HU?
