Neo Juke Box in car hard drive??

I did a search and didn't turn up any thing so, has anyone had any experience with this http://www.ssiamerica.com/MivaMercha...egory_Code=CMP I saw a usb hard drive that had a built in mp3 player and RCA outs so I started looking to see if someone had adapted this for a car stereo. Well I found this Neo Jukebox that will connect to my Pioneer Head unit through the ip-bus changer control and act like a 400 disk cd changer that I can download anything on I want from my pc. Total price for it shipped with converter cable for my pioneer will be $449.98. Does this sound like a good addition and would be worth the money?

I have an RCA Nomad Jukebox 20gig hd that I use in my car and I love it. It has ~3300 mp3's on it and a little space left over that I use for packing other data to and from work. The USB 1.0 is slow. For me it wasn't a problem. I just transfered all the songs I wanted over night. By the time I woke up, everything was ready to go.

Another company you might want to look at is archos - www.archos.com My brother has one and the thing is industrial strength. It looks like it could easily survive being dropped many times.

I think Archos might be using usb 2.0 now....

iPod for windows uses firewire, but it costs $500 us.

Take a peek through here for a variety of portable players. There are several portable HD's here. http://hardware.mp3.com/hardware/

I have the neo jukebox and i love it It took about 13 hours or so to put all my music in it (21gb) and thats a long time but not a big deal just do it before you go to bed. At first the controls are a little weird but you get used to it . I also have the ipbus for my pioneer head unit and i couldnt think of going without it. By the way your alot better off buying it off ebay thats what i did and i got the 40 gb one with the ipbus for $405. Bestbuy sells the 20 gb one with no ipbus connector($70) for $400

Any Questions feel free to ask.
