Sound deadening help

I've had some V-blok sitting around my house for a couple years with intentions of installing it in the Z28 and am just getting to it. Any advice would be helpful. I have about 28 square feet of the stuff. Where should I apply it besides the door panels? Where at in the trunk? Note that this is for a convertible, not a hatchback, if that makes a difference. Thanks!
