Hey guys
was looking at my car z the other day, and i realized, man that antenna is long! Anyone put on a shorter one? And how was the reception and where did you get it? Thanks.

 

Here is a pic of mine.....its just a simple rubber one but looks alot better in my opinion. I cant remember 100 % but I think i got it at Meijer and it was like in the 8-15 dollar range. Adds to the look quite a bit and I wasn't able to notice any loss in reception.

What I did was just cut mine down. I tried to get it as close as I could to the top of the car. I didn't put the brass ball back on though. I just ground the endge down, so it was a rounded top. It didn't seem to hurt my reception much. But I really don't listen to the radio much anyways.
