Thats just an overlay sticker. You simply take your dash apart and carefully place that sticker over it. One of the most simple mods I've done to my 97

Actually that particular one does have some wiring as it comes with the converter and wiring for the 6 tone glow brightness. It should be a stick on as far as the guage part goes and alot of them are just that, but this particular one does have 6 tone electro luminescent with brightness control. It should come with a diagram for wiring but I really cannot help much with that as the only one I have "HELPED" (watched and understood) was on a dodge. If you didn't get the wiring instructions all I can say is hopefully someone on here will have done one and can help or contact the seller and ask them to e-mail you the pdf of the wiring instructions. Sorry I cannot be of any real help but good luck and keep safe during your up coming deployment.

I installed these on my 97. You have to find anything metal under the dash for a ground wire. Then I ran the wires to an empty fuse spot on my fuse panel on the drivers side. I drilled out a hole on the panel under the wheel and ran the switch through the panel. Be careful when you pull out the instrument cluster as it will be a bitch not to screw up the needles when you are trying to lay this over the cluster. It will take some playing around with to get the holes and needles to line up evenly. I will try to post up some pics later when I get home from work.
