Lightbulb Replacing Monsoon...

My Monsoon deck is starting to fail me (big surprise ). Sometimes it won't spit CDs out and i have to hit the side of it to make them come out. Some of the lights have stopped working as well. Then there's the blown right door speaker.

Anybody have any experience with the Pioneer DEH-P47DH head unit? It's that din-1/2 unit that is the same size as the stock HU. I like this one because it looks a little more OEM.

I've read some guys having success with the jl 6w0 6" subs in the sail panels and some components in the doors. JL doesn't seem to make the 6w0s anymore and are getting to be hard to find. Anyone have some good suggestions to throw in the sails?

Door speakers. With some decent bass coming from the sails, what would be some good door speakers?

I have two Crossfire CF402 200x2 amps to power this setup. I do not want to add boxes or large subs. I don't want to add any more weight than i need to. I've got all Winter to do this, so i'll be attempting the install myself.

Thanks!

Get a DEH-P77DH instead of P47, if you want a din and a half. P47 does not have any meaningful pre-out (only one and lo-pass). P77 has 3. SQ will still be not as good as $150 Eclipse HU.
Don't put subs in sails. These small subs will not run good in IB. Put some coaxials there. For fronts - your choice of components, I personally love the sound of my Eclipse's and Boston's.
For bass, get a driver side's stealth box with 10" sub in it.
