Replacing fatory Bose system

I just bought a 94z, it came with a Pioneer hu and the system sounds like crap. The speakers are all stock. I can only hear anything from the 5th speaker in the trunk with lots of hiss. I used a test tone generator to verify all of the other speakers are functioning correctly. What can I try to get things working?

You may have some blown speakers. Try using the fade and balance to isolate each one and narrow down your problem. Are you getting any sound from the full range speakers at all? You may need to run new wiring to all the speakers if you are not.

If I bring the sound up to the front I can barely here the speakers when the car is off, on they are drowned out by the exhaust. The right front is blown.
