Question removing BOSE (3 speaker) what do i need to do

i will be removing my stock crap BOSE (3 speaker)version cause number one one of the doors is blown and the cd player doesnt play, i will be putting in a custom stereo nothing fancy but what is involved in doin this, removin everything? wires etc? and running wires will the wiring harness need to be replace to run more than the stock 3 speakers setup im thinkin about 2 in doors and the two that are behind the front seats, how hard is making the change?

It's not hard at all...just running wires it the main thing. The wiring harness connects to the bose amps so you'll have to bypass them. Running through the doors was the hardest part on mine the rest was easy.
