Hi I am installing an remote starter in my 96 voyager and was wondering if I had to hook the parklight wire up for the system to operate. I just want the remote start to work none of the extras like the alarm and what not.

Any help would be greatly appriciated.

 

no, the parklights would just flash to let you know the car is remote started, if you dont want it, you dont have to hook it up

 

Although having the Parking Lights go on is helpful when you are 3 stories up and 400 Ft away.... Visual that the car started and is running
