Talking Recommendations on 10" sub for stealth box in rear hatch? Old one died!

I have a 93 Camaro with a JL 10 W something in the rear hatch from those stealth boxes years ago. After 10+ years the JL 10" sub is dead. Looking at a cheap replacement. Haven't been keeping up with the new speaker tech so im totally clueless. I can't even remember what the old JL 10" was (2ohm/4ohm). hehehe Any replacement suggestions? Amp is a old skool PPI running 300Watts at 2ohms I think. Thanks!

So you're just replacing the sub , not the box, correct?
Got a buget in mind?

Yes, just the single 10" sub. Not sure what fits those single 10" stealth boxes. Budget is under $100... I can't see myself dropping too much more money since I hardy drive the car and its is 16yrs old! Also, if anyone know where a good cheap place online is let me know. Thanks!

Elemental Designs 11Kv.2

I replaced my Xtant sub with this sub when it blew, and it actually puts out more bass than the Xtant

You can go up to the 11Ov.2 if you need a sub that handles a little more power

Awful expensive though.... I would go with an Elemental Designs Sub over the W6 without any doubt The most expensive ED Sub is 1/2 price in comparison, and I bet comparable sound wise

I have used quite a few in the pocket probox over the years my current sub is the best one so far. I currently have a RE Audio Sr 10 D2 powered by the sub channel of a USAmps AX5600. I gives it about 500 watts rms. It more than enough bass to fill the car and be heard outside. It plays deep in the small airspace. Something some of the other subs won't do. Authorized is best but I do see them go for cheap online.
