I have been hearing lots of bad things about MTX Thunder 8000 Series subwoofers. The claims are the wires that run from the subwoofers terminal to the sub's voice coil are breaking at the voice coil. I have been hearing a lot of bad local reviews about the 8000 Series because they claim this happens. However I have also seen this happen with a lot of different subs like Kicker VR, JL Audio, Audiobahn, and other subs. So is this a problem with MTX 8000 Series subs or are these subs being misused and abused by their owners?
