I have a 94 camaro and i just bought another stock keyless entry remote for my car because my old one broke. While i was going through the procedure to install the new remote it seemed like it wasn't picking up the remotes correctly. So i kept doing the whole programing procedure over again a few times and still it seemed like it wasn't picking it up correctly. Now the remotes only unlock the doors but won't lock them. And when i press the lock button you hear the clicking noise and the lights come on but the locks don't actually lock. I have no idea what is going on. Does anyone know how to fix this or what to do?? Is there some way i can reset everything and start over again?? Any help would be great!!

Had a similar problem to this with my 94 Z28, only it was just the passenger side door and it was only on unlock. I ended up figuring out that one of the relays that controls the locks in the keyless entry module is sticking/going bad. Didn't have any luck finding a replacement module, either new or in a junk yard. I'm probably just going to end up installing an alarm/keyless entry system in it over the winter to fully correct the problem.
