Thumbs up Power Wire

I just bought my camaro and I am getting ready to put my system in. Where is the best place to run the power wire. I haven't had any chance to look real good. If possible, I'd like to get away from drilling.

From the battery to under the PCM. Just unbolt the PCM (passenger side, small rectangle box,2 bolts) and slide it out. If you look down in there, you will see a rubber grommit with a few wires going into the car. There is plenty of room to squeeze your power wire through (I have 0awg going through there). It will come out right under the glove box. From there you can run it under the carpet all the way back.

I looked for the PCM. Is it under the a/c stuff on the fire wall. What is the exact location?

The PCM is on the PS, right on top of the back of the inner fender, 1/2 under the windshield overhang. It's held in place by 2 10mm bolts. Remove the bolts, and slide the PCM up, you will see the grommet underneath the PCM on the firewall.

I am assuming by his name that he has a 91 Camaro. If the computer is in the same place as it is in the older Camaros it is in the dash, and the power wire is run different than in the current gen F Body. I drilled a hole close to where the wires pass through into the cabin just to the right of where the passenger puts his feet. It might be different onthe 91, but since they are the same generation i am guessing that it is the same as my wife's 84....

so how do you access the wire from inside the car? do you have to take apart the glovebox assembly underneath?
