Power windows?

Hey, mabey someone can help me. I remember reading a post (a long time ago) about making the passanger side window a one touch power down. does anyone remember this, or can help me find it.

About that, i also wanna know if i could do the same thing for Driver and passenger side auto up and down? Not lazy, just already have enough things in my hands (cd player remote, cell phone) and im already drivin 85% of the time with my knee...lol.
