All those exposed wires in back need to be dressed up some. They look awful the way they are now.

Not a bad set up , You could make it look better .
I do like the TV install , tell us about that , was it difficult ???

As for the sub I like the way the sound but after blowing up 4 of the silver faced ones I decided to go with another brand

they are 7" across..
As for the thickness, they are about half an inch thick...

Tips
-Be carefull when removing the plastic cover over the side of the window... it has about 6 places where it locks... I inserted a flathead screwdriver and gently tapped it until it came out...
-I used superglue to paste it to the inside of the visor...
-The I cut a small part of the visor inside to let the cables run through them...
-When I finished I a sweaky noise was being heard when it was shaking from the road... It was the cardboard inside the visor, remove that (the cardboard, not the strong wood-like thing).
-I used no mounting shrouds.
