Panasonic head unit..can i buy a replacement...

Panasonic head unit..can i buy a replacement...
I recovered the headunit out of my mercedes which is now sadly in a chop shop...Its a panasonic, i forgot what model, but it has the flip face plate..CD/MP3 player, silver and lights up blue...I was wondering if i could get a faceplate somewhere, if not im sol cuz i cant find where i left the face plate at...
