Exclamation noise interference on my radio?????

I have noise interference on my stock radio in my '94. It seems to be related to my blower motor switch. When I turn my switch up full speed, the noise is loud enough to drown out the radio. I get static and buzzing. When the switch is on low, the noise goes away. Out of the 3 other choices, I get progressively worse annoying interference.

Why, and how do I fix this?

Thanks for any help!

i had a problem like this when i put in my subs. turned out that when i was putting the trim back on the wire shifted and i ran a screw through it. the radio worked fine when the blower was turned off but the interference was unreal when it was on high. check your wires is my 2 cents.
