new stereo..

i recently installed a new stereo with 4 rca outs to comply with the bose stereo i have in my 95z28... but no power goes to the speakers, then i unplug the stereo and put the old one in, everything turns on fine and whatnot but still, nothing comes out of the speakers... what could be wrong.. fuse somewhere?

this part may be useful... i think it's needed for HU swaps on BOSE/Monsoon systems.

now what's this about the power and/or antenna cable? i'm goin to be tackling a new HU soon too

ive messed with a lot of stuff when changing things in the cars. as the part noted above and others do work, I have never found the quality of sound to be as high after changing from the stock head unit. i would personally change all the speakers and forget about bose.

is there a reason for lesser sound quality with an aftermarket HU + adapter + stock 10spkr system?

the wallet is pretty thin, and i'd love to listen to some non-skipping continuous music for once
