How to take apart rear panels to stop rattling.

Anyone know? My rear fascia rattles like crazy and the spoiler is doing the same thing. is it easy to take these things off? what about if i just get some expanding foam and spray it in there. i dont quite know what to do. I have a day off thursday in which i plan to do a lot of this stuff. i know how to take off the taillights but thats about it.

hmm | you can check if the hatch bumpers on the hatch lid or the decklid are making good contact to prevent the hatch (panels and spoiler included) from shaking... my 91 had that problem, my 95 is starting to do the same
