Question Need help piecing together a set up.

What do you think? My passenger side/rears are blown bad! I want to replace them with 8" or 6" sub on each side connected to a small amp?..I'm not sure what I need here?

*97 trans am*

I DONT have monsoon. I have an aftermarket head unit.

Has anybody done this before? Any tips or ideas?

Do you have any plans to put a larger subwoofer in the rear trunk area, or just Amplify and up-grade the sail panel subs?
Also whats your budget?

I don't want any larger subs. I just want a little depth to my music. one or two smaller subs, maybe 8" a small amp, and wiring , thats it.

Under $300?

Thanks in advance!

Thumbs up

You can go with 2 kicker 6.5" shallow mount 4 ohm subs (pt#08CVT654) and a Hifonics BXi610 mono amp 300watts rms @2ohm.

All for about $280 shipped.
I would also recommend placing sound deadening in/on the sail panel area.

How about A Power Acoustik 2x150 amp from Universal Mania

That should power those speakers, or jump to 220 RMS x 2 for a little more power
