Okay heres the deal. I have a 200watt amp with one 12" woofer. I'm no longer into the whole car audio sounds. I wanted to pull everything out and use it as a boom-box for work. But I dont want to run a battery. Do they sell a convertor or something where it will power everything amp,cd player to where I can just plug it into the wall??? - If so could you send me a link on what I need. - Mike

 

go to radio shack they have a ac dc converter that you can put your wires into the converter. its how i had my headunit in my room or you can get an old computer power supply and find its 12 volt out wires ( correct me if im wronge this was how my friends dad had it set up) and just tie in the wires you might need to connect some parts of the computer so the power supply will have something pulling power to get it started
