My Dgauge cluster display keeps turning off and on.

So my gauge cluster, in the 2000 Z28 keeps turning off and on. Why is that? Do I need a new fuse or is the battery dying? Help is needed as I do not know a thing about electronics.

Well it can't be the fuse or it would never work. I'm not an expert but have you done any work with the dash and maybe knocked something loose.
