MTX custom enclosure and sub for 4th Gen??

Hey guys....I saw that MTX enclosure and 10" sub that fits in the compartment on the drivers side of the trunk. I was wondering if anyone has any feedback on this and is this self amplified? and i was also curious as to what the price range is. thanks in advance

ok, since no one else wants to post, There are 3 versions. 1 is just the box, 2 is the box and a sub, 3 is the self amplified version with the sub.(LOOKS CLEAN). I just bough tthe box put my own 10" in and it is pretty good for the price, i am happy.

If you want a low cost stealth box for a 10" driver. Get the one at www.subthump.com . Plastic ones have too much flex IMO. You're other option is a fiberglass box and they run around $250 if you can find one, but You can usually run a 12" driver. From what I've been hearing Subthump should have some in a couple of weeks.

yeh, they were 120-130 for just the box new. but the box is just flat black painted so i decided to carpet it. also without the carpet it didnt really seal the surrounds of the sub to the painted wood.

The subthump box comes carpeted and is 112 plus shipping. I just wanted to make that clear from other posts so these "boxes" don't all get confused. Whatever you do, don't settle for the loaded or even amplified mtx box. For heaven's sake, pick a decent sub. I like to recommend the e10k in my box because it performs so well. Even outperforms a JL sub by far.

I recently purchased a Drivers Side 10" Stealthbox from subthump.com. They were very good and shipped it quickly to my door. I'm still in the process of purchasing my sub and Amp. If you want some more info feel free to Private Message me.
