All right guys, need some info here. I would like to move either my stereo head unit or my HVAC controls to make some room for some gauges in my dash.

- I don't like gauge pods, not very subtle.
- I might put one gauge in the left vent, but the center vents have to remain open.

- I have seen pics of the HVAC moved to the glovebox, is there any way it would fit in the console, easier to reach?

- Is there any place I could move the stereo head unit? I have wheel controls and a 12 disc changer, so I don't use the tape deck.

Any ideas, suggestions or pics would be appreciated.

I have searched on LS1Tech and I got the idea from there. However, I would like to see if anyone had put the HVAC controls in the center console. I could then fit 3 gauges where the controls used to be, and 2 below where my TCS button is. I think that would be enough for what I want in the future.
