moved battery to trunk. Having Issueas PLEASE HELP
I moved my battery to the trunk. Here is my mod:
Battery in trunk
Tight clamp down postive post connector
4 gauge ground strap bolted behind where tail light is. (made hole and sanded to bare metal)
4 gauge wire running up to engine bay
3 way distribution block
cut factory positive harness and plugged the three wires into distribution block
regrounded factory negetive in front of engine bay to ground on fender hump.
My car is having a lot of trouble starting. It seems to be worse when I start it up and shut it off within a few minutes (almost doesn't start sometimes) and has left me stranded twice. It takes a jump and runs fine once it is started.
My next gueses would be my grounding location in the rear is bad. If that isn't the case then I have no idea what else it could be. I was going to deal with it until I get my subframes welded in and then run a wire through the bottom of the car and down to the subframe and bolt it in there....
WHAT DO I DO???

what kind of reading should I get wiht a volt-meter and where do I hook up the connections...I have an electronic volt meter and my dad is an electrical engineer but I don't trust the tests he does sometimes
If I know where to hook it up and what to expect to see then I bet I can figure it out...
Thanks
