Exclamation Monsoon

The Monsoon CD player in my 2000 V6 isn't working. However the radio, amp, and speakers are functioning flawlessly. I hope to keep the original factory look. Would buying a used monsoon system from ebay be a good choice, or would it be best to just go aftermarket with a pioneer or something.

A used HU is probably you're best bet. If you don't have the factory changer, a CD HU from a '97 or '98 will work for you and be a little cheaper since they can't control the stock changer.

Keep your eye on the classifieds here or at www.ls1.com or www.ls1tech.com A used CD HU usually goes for $100-$150.
