Midbass Subs

I am not really extremely knowledgeable on all things speakers so I got a quick question. I put a alpine cda-7893 HU in my car and I really love it but I can’t take full advantage it because when I turn on the MX bass drive it makes my stock sub woofers in the sail panels get very distorted. I have a 12” MA Audio sub left over from my only hard top firebird but I don’t use it in my t-top t/a because I like to put the tops in the holders. The only 12 stealth box that I saw looks like it takes up the space where the spare is and I don’t want to have to take it out since the car is my daily. Anyway if I replace my stock subs with a set of 6.5” midrange speakers are then going to sound good. I just want something that will hit and put out really good base. I don’t need two huge woofers in the back that are going to rattle my car to pieces.

Thanx in advance for any help

it looks way better in person, doesn't block you back window, doesn't rattle the inside of the car, doesn't take up the t-top storace area, and puts out killer bass for 8" (they sound like my old 12" kickers that i had).

that is a good idea, inever thought of that. is there anything i can put in thoes stock speaker locations thought. I really just don't feel like running rca's and remote wires and all that again. I have done my share of that over the years and it just becomes a pain after a while.
