Looking for a decent .WMA/.MP3 player with USB

Can anyone recommend a decent head unit?
Not needing anything special, but I do want to be able to play
.WMA and .MP3 from a USB thumb drive
(better yet, from USB case with a nice 200GB IDE drive in it).

I don't like fumbling with CDs to find the music I want.

Currently running stock vintage 1993 10? speaker system.

There is always the ipod.. they have adapters out to connect right into your factory stuff so you dont have to worry about an aftermarket head unit, as for an aftermarket head unit, most of them are supporting that type of thing now, just go to your local electronic store and ask about it they should have some helpful info to tell you (not telling you to actually buy something there, just ask about)
Kenwood makes a product called the keg i believe that is basicly like an ipod but specificly for car audio, you put music on it and leave it in your car and play it off of that

Nahh, I'd really prefer an in-dash unit.
Preferably one with a working CD player since my is toast.
Thanks for the reply though.

Hopefully someone here has delt with these before.

So basicly, you are looking for a head unit that allows you to connect an ipod or any other mp3 player to it and control it from your head unit?

I just bought a JVC KD-AR870 from ProPerformance and audio on North Oak in Gladstone. assuming you know where that is. Think I paid 200-250 for it, can't remember.

Here it is, way over priced on this site, I've seen it for as low as $190 on the net, but this site gives some details. The face changes colors so you can customize it, and you can download pictures to the screen via the USB port in the front (I've been to lazy to do so).

EDIT: heres another with a much better price.
