Well right now I have two JL Audio 12W3V2 in a custom subthump sealed box with the JL 500/1 amplifier. It sounds very nice and bumps very nicely.

I am considering buying two Infinity Perfect 12.1 and the Infinity amplifier to match them. I am thinking about this because my car is white and so are the infinity subs.

So what do you guys think? Am i crazy for thinking this or would it be worth the trouble. I would of course sell my JL stuff.

P.S. I bought the JL stuff only a few months ago in September.

 

The infiniti's are silver... I vote a better black sub by resonant engineering

 

When it comes sound let your ears not your eyes decide. I also have a JL Audio 500/1 amp but have a JL 10" W6 sub. It hits much harder than a W3. I was going to get Alpine amps but JL Audio specs were better for continuous power, can't say anything about the infinities except I had their speakers in a camaro. I replaced the whole 10-speaker Monsoon for JL Audio amps, sub and speakers and went with the Alpine IVA-d900 multimedia dvd screen in my 02 hawk. Couldn't be happier.

 

Yea, with those 3 large XXX's written across the front; or the ones from Adire Audio, or from Elemental Designs.

These are out of the league for most people here though.

 

Well it doesnt have to be a XXX they make some nice subs that are less as well

I've got 2 10" Brahma's waiting to be installed in spring; each getting the full 1600Wrms...

 

Hands down JL audio. Dont even play with the sound. If you are going to change your adio system, then might as well put sound above a slight color differece. PEACE! K.I.R
