LOC cavalier stereo

Im not sure if this is the right place to post this, but I have more faith in getting an answer from you then from any of the Jbody boards.

I have a 98 cavalier with the stock stereo and a 6 disc pioneer changer. It also has a Loctronics cut off on it. This was on it before I bought the car, but was disabled. I ran the battery done on the cavalier last week while i was working on the camaro. I used it the stireo a bit to long. I didn't notice that the battery was dead untill i went to drive it today. Well, know the car wants to use a the cut off before I start it. Which is find and dandy but...

The stereo doesn't work. All it saids is LOC on it. Like i tripped some factory cut off switch. Any know how to fix this??? I can ride in the camaro without the stereo, i have exhaust to listen to. But i need music to drive the cavalier.

Some one activated the theft loc system, unless you know the 4 digit code a gm dealer will have to reset it.
