I do most of my driving after dark, and I just love the ignorant inconsiderate douchebags blinding me with their misaimed/illegal lights... I'm sure they love their lights though and thats really all that matters, right?

 

Lots of guys like to swap HID's in thier factory 93-97 Camaro headlight housings. If not ran through a projector then yes the light can go everywhere and be blinding.

 

Here's an HID ran through a Hella 90mm projector though in a 93-97 Camaro. You can see that there is a clear sharp cutoff, and will not blind anyone (if aimed properly) and still has awesome light quantity.
