Question Kenwood Powered Subwoofer hook up questions.

Hello. My friend gave me a Kenwood Powered Subwoofer tube style he had lying around. Anyway I can't seem to get the thing hooked up right or not powered up for some reason. I have a pic of the hook ups on the Tube that I can e-mail to who ever can possibly help. It is self amped. I hooked up the power supply & hooked up the ground. Then I got a a line output converter hooked up along with RCV cables. Then I ran the speaker wire that comes from the output converter to the speakers. I then hooked up the line output converter to the Kenwood powered subwoofer. I have it hooked up the way I think is right. (This is where you come in) If you can help I can send you a pic of the Subwoofer's hook up panel. Thanks..

Did you hook up the remote turn on wire? The amp usually have a remore turn, you just need a wire(that only gets power when the ignition is on) that runs to the amp and thats how the amp tells when to turn on and off.

Would that wire go to the P-Conn connection in the pic?

I'm having the same problem- I see on the amp where the RMT wire goes, but where do I run the other side???
I know I need to run it to a wire or fuse that is powered only when the ignition is on, but I need more specific instructions on how to do this.
Some have said run the wire to the fuse panel to one of the fuses, but I don't know how i should connect it properly. Step-by-step instructions would be great. Thanks,
J
