How do you disconnect/bypass factory amp?

Ah yes, now that you mention it I do remember being kinda surprised when I saw them, think I ended up just clipping those wires and soldering mine in place... It was kind of a hurried job to get the car ready for a 15 hour trip Suppose this spring I'll get in there and clean it up, run new wiring etc along with a sub and amp.

well i just did this job today, i had bose speakers and yes each speaker had its own amp, so i ran new wires to each speaker.
