Horn/Relay Issues?

Hey guys, I hope this post is the right place, First time poster (Sorry). Anyways i woke up at 4:45 AM last night to my horn going off and i was not able to shut it off. So i disconnected the battery and started looking around at other posts one mentioned pulling fuses, which i tried with no luck. Every time i tried to reconnect the battery the horn would just turn back on. Im thinking maybe relay issues? I have a 96 RS V6 and owned it now for over 6 months and this has never been an issue. When i took it no my mechanic for a tune up right after i bought it he told me the horn was disconnected and reconnected it for me. Is there anyother fuses i can try? Can i pull the relay? Or can i pull some wires under the hood to disconnect it? Any advice would be appriciated.

Re: Horn/Relay Issues?

Most likely it will wind up being one of the switches stuck, but if you take the panel under the front right of the bumper off there is a plug and you can just unplug the horn. to check if one of the switches is stuck or something like that you should be able to find a plug somewhere near the steering column. unplug it. if the horn stops you'll probably have a stuck switch. I cannot however remember if there is a relay.
