Youve got to watch out and make sure there isnt any speakers gounding out. That will cause it to hiss or not work. Also, did you try it with a CD in or just the radio? If you used just the radio, the antenna could be bad and not be picking up any stations...

Well, if you find out the rear speakers are bad, I will sell you mine for $15 shipped. They worked good when I took them out. That includes the tweeter too (if you need it).
