well, get the best RF amps that they sell.... get the best RF subs they sell and get the Fronts that sound good to you..... as far as a head unit...... i like the highest end Sony that they have there, but i also like the Kenwood decks.... get the one that you like best....

This isn't rocket science, just go and test the equipment out and get the stuff that you like.... there is no best, just the best for your ears and price.....

Sont HeadUnits are not that great, they tend to "melt down" i hae seen alot of them do that around here, do you self a favor and save up money and get an ALPINE Headunit, my friend tried to go cheap with his system, had more "cool looking" **** and more "total watts" But mine out performed him and actually spent less, b/c i went with a good 10, a matched amp, Kappa speakers all around and again a matched alpiine amp....He had 2 12" Volvenhag(Pyramid), Boss 1600w amp, and just misc crap....he was pissed. Go with the good or just get a stock replacement.

Alpine or Eclipse head, focal or MB Quart components and the sub(s) of your choice,I'd recommend Brahma, IDMAX or the high end Fosgates

is that the cheap sony's or the high end ones that i recommended.... Do you have any experience with the higher end ones? The Sony 9100 and 910 are the cream of the crop for vintage heads.... true i have no experience with the newest ones, but Sony's high end is usually among the best.

lol.. man do you work for Rockford Fosgate?

id get a/some JL w3/6v2(s) or a/some apline type R(s) wayyyy before i would get some RF's.. and then i still prolly wouldnt get a RF sub. guess you get what you pay for. the aplines and JL's are alot more expensive. but RF are not even close to the JL W's or the alpine type R's so dont even try and say they are

Did you even read his stipulation? He is limiting his selections to Best Buy, and from what they have listed online, that was about it. It was that, some Sony X-Plode or good old Lightening Audio.

I wouldn't buy none of that personally, nor would I buy the Alpine type R's. I would be sticking to focal, rainbow, dynaudio or diamond for mids and highs. Subs it would totally depend on the application but a W7 would be the only one I would consider, and it wouldn't be first on the list.

Don't hijack his thread with some more BS. Help him out with what he wants based off what he has to work with or give it a rest.

Best Buy....

In all honesty, you will be disapointed with any Best Buy stuff.
It sounds like you also need someone to install it ... right? That costs more dough.

The only items I would get from BB is power cable, connectors, RCA cords and capacitor.

The heart of any system is the Head Unit... here you MUST buy Alpine. they are the godsend. This will be your first purchase.... All the Sony stuff Explodes after you turn-it-up.

Go to Ebay and find the product in your price range.

Don't waste money (even if you get 60% off), you will be looking to upgrade in about 5 seconds after listening to it in your new Camaro.
