Help with Amp and Sub removal and getting HU to work

The Specialist installed my HU, amp, and sub. It was wired as follows:

+ came from battery to amp to HU
- came from chassis to amp to HU
Right out from HU to Amp to speaker
Left out from HU to Amp to wiring harness to factory amp?? to speaker.

I removed the amp and sub and used the power and ground from the dash for the HU.

I connected the Left out from the HU to the wiring harness. The left works fine.

I'm stuck with the right out and where it goes. The line going directly to the speaker is behind the HU. So connecting to the wiring harness does no good. And connecting directly to the speaker gives me very minimal sound.

How do I make this work?
