I bought a alarm and paid 32dlls for 2nday shipping. Order was placed around 6 am on the 27th . Its now the 29th and order is on hold with out a reason.

I msged them but their msg system doesn't seem so great. I'm going to call tomorrow.

Just wondering if anyone has had problems with them.

Be persistent, the guy's hard to get a hold of. It took me 20 calls before I got a hold of him. I believe it's just one guy that runs the whole business.
Great prices though!

 

I got a hold of him. He said that the alarm that I ordered was discontinued. Told me that there wasnt anything similar with that price. Then he said to wait till he gets some new list with the new products and that he would call back the next day. Its been a week and nothing from him.

So far its been a bad experience and i would never order from them again. I might have to go to the bank to get my money bank. Because he did charge my card.

 

I'd definitely be talking with the CC Company... Pretty shady to charge you for 2 Day shipping + a discontinued product

 

I went to the bank and filled a dispute. I should be getting my money back soon.
