harlen shiftlight

just installed my harlen shiftlight on my V6... was an easy enough install (i had a few probs, but that was due to a broken piece of wire, that took me hours to realize, d'oh)

i used the white line coming from the PCM.. only white one, easy to find and tap into... and damn is this thing good, and cool looking, all are impressed when they ride now..

i have it in the middle air vent, so no one knows about it until i give'er

just thought i'd tell u all.. i was thinking of getting a 5" monster tach with a shiftlight, but on a v6, i think this is a much more sensible thing to do

Where did you get it from and how much did it cost you?

I have a few friends that wanted to get a Harlan shift light but it seems that Harlan does not make them anymore or its really hard to get a hold of him.

Thx,
Claude

Does that shift light require a pill? I was thinking on getting the Proform shift light cause you dont have to buy pills its adjustable.

It's a programable shift light, no pills, and a LOT more accruate than the Proform one.

The hard part is it takes like 4 months to get one. He's an EE for one of the large 3 auto makers and gets sent out of town a lot, and these electronics he makes are just a side job... so if you want one you've got to wait a while...
