I just installed a harlan shift light in my 97 ss and its not lighting up at the set activation rpm. I know I have power cause it lights up when I start the car. The tach wire is hooked up to the white wire/blue connector in the passenger kick panel as per shoeboxs website. I went into the programing and its set for an 8cyl and the activation is set for 6600 rpm. My motor revs to about 7000 rpm and I've hit the limiter and shift light came on??? Help!
