any one know if you can or how to get rid of the automatic headlights or at least be able to override them if i want them off?

Just be careful when popping the plastic dash's up on these cars these days...they're old now and very brittle and can crack if you aren't VERY, VERY careful. I did this mod several years ago, so I didn't crack my dash then, but it did finally crack on it's own recently and they're now approaching $300 to replace with a NOS part since they're not made any longer.
