Question Guys with boxes in the well of the hatch....

do they rub on the plastic or carpet and create wear spots?

I'm thinking about getting a subthump ttop box but I sure don't want to hurt my interior.

Thanks!

I have an Alpine 10" bandpass box. I rested it on 2 4x4 wood blocks about 9" long and strapped it down tight. It doesnt touch anywhere on the sides.

The factory trunkliner is pretty durable. But you can always place an extra piece of carpet between the box and trunkliner. I can send some scrap with the box if you like
