howdy all, i got a brand new toyota matrix and i'm going to get a system for it. i got a quote from a local car audio shop and this is what the price/components they're giving me...is this a good deal? i'm shopping around right now, but wanted to get some advice before making the purchase.

amp board, capacitor..price includes tax and installation
TOTAL: $1349.00---I'M GONNA try to negociate to $1200 or so...is this a good price? are precision power speakers good? will this hit? thanks. should i get the audiobahn amps or the performance tekniques?
