i am thinking about getting this cd player i just want to know if you guys think its good or not

go to www.techronics.com they are much cheaper, i dont know if i will ever shop anywere else. HIGHLY recommended! I just orded a $400 Alpine MRD-M605 amp from them for $271 shipped, the shipping is free, you pay a small handling fee, but i ordered it wednesday and it is suppose to arrive tuesday. I am also planning on order an alarm from them too, again a 400 alarm for about the same price as i paid for the amp

The 6600 was an ok radio. I bought the DEH-7700 and man do I love it. Direct track access, OEL display, remote has a ton of functions, MP3/WMA, pretty good EQ, etc. Got mine brand new for $168. They retail at $269-299 so I'm sure they can be had between $200-250. Just my suggestion from experience.

YES! Pioneer is a good radio! I have an older DEH-P7600...or something like it. It has like 4 customisable EQ's. One 2 band, one 3 band and another 12 band. Pioneer is a very reliable name and the specs on the one you have picked out underline the quality.....

Yeah, it is alright. I personally would look for something with MP3 playback capabiltiy. But then agian, if you don't mess around with MP3's you wouldn't care. For a CD player, pioneers are awesome, I have one and would always reccomend them. The price there seems a little high for what you are getting.
