1. Wind the window all the way down.
2.Take the screws out - there is three big screws, two in the arm rest and one in the door handle. There is two more that hold the plastic trim piece that holds the power window/door lock switches.
3. Remove the small door lock piece with the flourescent color on it. It just snaps onto the locking rod and pulls right off. Just pull on the raised part or use a flathead screw driver to pry it out and off. When you replace this piece, make sure you line up the hole on the back with the rod that sticks out.
4. Remove the switch assembly. Pull off the plastic trim around the arm rest and reach behind it and push the switch assembly through the hole and out. There is two clips on each side, just squeeze them together and push it through. Once the switch is hanging, remove the power connectors for the door lock and windows. Also, There will also be a small light attached to the back of the plastic bezel - just twist the base of the connector and it will pop out. Note: The wires are easy to remember - there are two connectors that look alike, but the one with the thin wires are for the door lock, and the thicker wires are for the window.
5. Remove the plastic bezel. Once the switch assembly is removed, you can twist and remove the plastic piece from around the door handle. The handle will go through the hold in the plastic bezel if you twist it at an angle.
6. Remove the door panel. The door panel can be removed by pulling up on the top. Just go along the top and pull up - it will pop up off the lip of the door. Once the top is loose, the panel will just lift up and off. The panel is held onto the door by small hooks. When you install the panel, make sure you line these hooks up on the bottom and middle of the door. Once they're all in the holes, you can pull up on the top of the door to clear the lip - then push the top of the panel over the lip and down.
Re-assemble by reversing these steps.
Hope this helps.

Actually there are 4 large screws that need to be removed. Two in the arm-rest, one in the pocket at the bottom of the door and one under the door handle trim panel.
I also like to remove the triangular piece of plastic that covers the rear view mirror's mounting screws. This makes it a little easier to pull up on the door panel.
RE: replacing the trim panel.
I like to start by inserting the hook that goes at the bottom corner of the door near the speaker first. You really need to be careful with this one or you could end up poking a hole thru your speakers when you re-install the door's trim panel.
