I have a 02 Camaro and was going to install a power antenna in it. I know the Camaro part number is 10482859 and the Firebird part number is 10402860 which I can buy cheaper than the Camaro. Can I purchase the Firebird power antenna 10402860 and will it install and work the same?

It will fit fine, but you have to wire it in and drill a hole for water seepage.

 

Thanks, It seems like it was the same unit as the camaro. The same install and operation. GM has a lower price on the Firebird ones.
